Kate Miller founded Miller Family Law, LLC™, to focus exclusively on Divorce and Family Law. As an experienced divorce lawyer, Kate Miller has lived many of the issues involved in child custody law. Kate is passionate about helping you through this process such as mediation, asset divisions, legal separation, paternity, protection orders and more. Kate believes that divorce does not have to destroy lives. She wants to help clients navigate this process as amicably as possible so that they may begin the healing process. Kate is a licensed mediator.
Kate earned her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University in Political Science and Psychology. She Moved to Colorado and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2013. While a student attorney at the advanced civil litigation clinic at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Kate argued an employment law case in front of the Colorado Supreme Court.
Prior to starting her practice, Kate worked as a Law Fellow for the Honorable Angela R. Arkin and the Honorable Michael J. Spear, Douglas County's lead judges handling Family Law matters. Because of her work with the Courts, she has excellent connections in the legal community. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, and the Family Law and Litigation sections. Kate also holds memberships in the Colorado Judicial Institute (CJI) and the Metro Denver Interdisciplinary Committee (MDIC).

Jenny is an attorney licensed in Colorado who began her career with Miller Family Law, LLC in 2023. She approaches each case from an advocacy perspective and aims to treat every client with respect, compassion, and understanding. Jenny practices both immigration and family law, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Jenny earned her undergraduate degree at University of Colorado Boulder, where she majored in Spanish Language. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver.
While in law school, Jenny was a member of the Colorado Women's Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and spent time interning for the Rocky Mountain Immigration Advocacy Network's children's program, a private immigration law firm in Boulder, and a private family law firm in Denver. While a student attorney at the Immigration law and Policy Clinic, Jenny represented detained clients in immigration proceedings and death-in-custody investigatory proceedings at the Aurora ICE detention facility.
Jenny is a member of the Colorado Bar Association's Family Law and Immigration Law sections and the Colorado Women's Bar Association. She also holds memberships in the Metro Interdisciplinary Committee and American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Jessica is a law clerk who began her legal career with Miller Family Law, LLC in 2025. She brings a compassionate, client-focused approach to every matter, recognizing the deeply personal nature of family and estate planning issues. Jessica intends to practice family law as well as trusts and estates upon admission to the bar.
Jessica earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she majored in English Literature and Political Science and minored in Criminology and Juvenile Justice. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in May of 2025.
While in law school, Jessica was a member of the Irving P. Andrews Inn of Court, the Public Interest Law Group (PILG), and the DU Women's Legal Coalition. She interned with Metro Volunteer Lawyers, a program of Colorado Legal Services, working in both the Family Law Advice and Guidance Program and the Family Law Court Program. Jessica also gained experience at the Denver Juvenile Court under the supervision of Judges Elizabeth McCarthy, Laurie Clark, and Lisa Gomez, as well as Magistrates Courtney Denson and Andrew Price. She additionally interned with Miller Family Law, LLC before joining the firm as a full-time staff member.
Jessica is currently preparing to retake the Colorado Bar Examination. She is also applying for admission to the Missouri and Oklahoma state bars, where she is eligible for admission pending completion of their respective requirements. Upon admission, Jessica intends to join the Colorado Bar Association's Family Law, Probate Law, and Elder Law Sections, as well as the Colorado Women's Bar Association, and will continue her membership in the Irving P. Andrews Inn of Court.

Palvee started her journey with Miller Family Law, LLC in 2022 after successfully completing her undergraduate studies at Illinois State University in Bloomington, IL, in 2021. During her time at the university, she actively participated in extracurricular activities, notably serving as a member of the Law Club and contributing to the Student Service Accommodations, showcasing her dedication to both academic excellence and community involvement.
With a firm commitment to her career aspirations, Palvee is currently focused on her goal of attending law school and ultimately becoming a family law attorney.
In addition to her academic and professional pursuits, Palvee is multilingual, fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, which further enhances her ability to communicate effectively and serve a diverse range of clients.

Madison joined Miller Family Law, LLC in 2025 after successfully completing her undergraduate degree in English at Colorado State University and her paralegal certificate program.
She is a military child, with her Father having served in the Air Force for nearly 30 years. She has lived abroad in Germany, as well as several states across the country. This made her familiar with active duty and veterans and their specific concerns, as well as those of other diverse backgrounds.
In addition to family law, Madison has a growing interest in estate law and immigration. She is passionate about helping those in need during emotionally turbulent times, and strives to make the process of navigating the law less confusing and overwhelming.
